Our Delivery Management Solution allows pharmacies a tool for
managing customer deliveries with electronic signature capture delivery
confirmation and copay collection, which is sent directly to PrimeRx™.

The wireless prescription delivery system software can be installed on an Android or iOS device and works seamlessly with PrimeRx and PrimePOS™.
Delivery Management Solution Features
- The software’s In-House Mode allows for signatures by patients picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy. The prescription is marked “Picked Up, Not Delivered.”
- Delivery Batch Mode is the system’s built-in mechanism allowing for signatures to be captured at the time of delivery while marking the prescription as “Delivered.”
- All signatures are saved electronically in the patient’s history, which can assist in delivery verification and saves valuable time during an audit.
- Dynamic updates in PrimeRx™ Patient History to reflect “Prescription in Delivery Bin,” “Prescription in Transit,” and “Delivery Complete.”
- The delivery technician has all the required information to complete the delivery and collect the copay.
- All undelivered prescriptions are reconciled.
- Prevents loss of copay and missing prescriptions during delivery.
- The handheld device is compatible with current devices, including iPad, iPad Mini, iPhones, and Android devices.
- The patient must only sign once for multiple prescriptions and can uncheck specific prescriptions if they do not wish to take delivery at that time.
- Data is encrypted and remains highly secure while in transit.
- Real-time delivery signatures are sent remotely (data plan on device required).
- Route optimization is provided through Google Maps.
